What We Do

We provide comprehensive eye examinations assessing ocular and physical health, in addition to prescription glasses, at no cost. Thanks to our partnership with Durham Tech, we can transport medical equipment across North Carolina to meet communities where we're needed. We assess the physical and mental health of the people we serve through the holistic framework of somatics.

Care

Coach

We provide low to no-cost somatic workshops and one-on-one coaching to our partners and the clients they serve. These workshops help build awareness of embodied habits for the purpose of empowerment and self-actualization. We educate those we serve regarding their overall wellness and how that impacts their ocular health.

Dr. Besharat's somatic coaching

We collaborate with local community organizations providing services to refugee, LGBTQ, and other communities underrepresented in North Carolina. We foster connections with and make referrals to other healthcare providers to support wellness in all aspects of life for our clients.
